Shipping policy

Order Processing:
Evry Jewelz typically processes and ships orders within 48 business hours.

Package Protection:
Evry Jewelz offers package protection coverage for an additional fee of $1.99. If a package is lost or damaged, the order will be reshipped for free. If items are unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Lost in Transit:
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, Evry Jewelz will reship the order. If items are unavailable, a store credit will be issued, minus a $5 USD fee to cover original shipping fees.

Package Returned to Sender:
If a package is returned to Evry Jewelz, the company will reship the package for a $5 USD fee. If items are unavailable, a store credit will be issued, minus a $5 USD fee to cover original shipping fees.

International Fees:
Foreign transaction fees may apply to international orders, ranging from 1% to 3% of the transaction.

Tracking:
Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Shipping Timeline:
10 to 25 business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Changes to Orders:
Customers have a one-hour window to edit their shipping address or cancel their order after it is placed. After that time, Evry Jewelz is unable to accommodate changes.
